Pipe Boss

CKC's new Pipe Cutting and Bevelling Tool, cuts and bevels both pieces of pipe in one pass.  This unit it designed specifically for PVC, PE, UPVC and various other non metallic pipes.  For Ductile Iron, Concrete lined and other metallic pipes please have a look at the Pipe Master section for further information.

A 150mm pipe takes less than 30 seconds and the pipe end is not feathered. The cut is square and the shavings fall to the ground.  Not only is your pipe preparation speeded up and quality improved,  but there is no need for your workers to breathe dust and fumes.

IMPORTANTLY - The dangerous misuse of the cut off saw can now be relegated to the past.

Easy To Use:

A single adjustment can accommodate pipes from 100mm to 375mm.The same adjustment also makes allowance for differing wall thickness.

Extremely Safe:

The simplicity and robustness of design was achieved only after many prototypes. Aluminium components, Stainless Steel bolts and sealed bearings compliment the reliability expected from the quality power units used.

Safety has been a major consideration.  The cutting elements always remain within the bounds of the guiding plates while, all safety features from manufacturer have been retained.
