Pipe Master

The Pipe Cutting and Bevelling Tool cuts and bevels both pieces of pipe in one pass.  This unit is specifically designed for Concrete Lined Ductile Iron pipes.  With a quick change to the coatings on the cutting blades this machine can be made to work on any metallic pipes.  For PVC and other plastic pipes please have a look at the Pipe Boss section for further information.

This machines comes in an aluminium checker plate box with the water pump built into the lid or can be supplied with a separate water tank and pump.

IMPORTANTLY - The dangerous misuse of the cut off saw can now be relegated to the past.

This machine is simple to use as a single adjustment can accommodate pipes from 100mm to 500mm.The same adjustment also makes allowance for differing wall thickness.

The simplicity and robustness of design was achieved only after many prototypes. Aluminium components, Stainless Steel bolts and sealed bearings complement the reliability expected from the quality power units used.

Safety has been a major consideration.  The cutting elements always remain within the bounds of the guide plates.  All power unit safety features have been retained.
